The categories on the left are each chapters. When you pick one, you'll see the first page of each chapter. Every page has a list of the other pages in that chapter, at the top and bottom. Its in a smaller font than normal text, and is a bunch of links to the other pages in the chapter. Select each of the other pages so you see ALL the pictures in that chapter. Otherwise, you'll just see the first page of the chapter and miss all the rest.

Remember, almost all the pages have this page list at the top and the bottom of the page, and its the same. So you can get to all the pages of the chapter from either list.

Also, make sure you scroll to the right to see the whole page whenever you see the scroll bar at the bottom.
